Jio.com website is slow, not loading on 4G network: The Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited has started free services in September last year, after 6 month of free service. It was believed that Jio is going to start paid services from 1st April 2107. Due to the good response from Jio Customers the Chairman Sh. Mukesh Ambani said that till 15 April 2017 all services are free of cost including internet (1Gb/ per day) voice calls, apps etc. On 31st March 2017 due to the last minute rush for prime membership the server of Jio.com and payment gateway was failed according to the media reports. Till now around 7 crore 30 lakh subscribers has enrolled for prime membership.

Have your faced the Payment gateway (Internet Banking/ Debit or Credit Card) payment failed on Jio.com website. We are getting lots of enquiries regarding payment of Rs 99/- and RS 303 (Rs 402) was failed in process to enrol in Prime Membership. This is due to heavy traffic and load on server.
